Avoid Service at All Costs! They've never done bad work to my car, but their booking and appointment process is completely dishonest. On my last visit I had a 3.5 hour wait for a They've never done bad work to my car, but their booking and appointment process is completely dishonest. On my last visit I had a 3.5 hour wait for an inspection, bc they told me that they booked 16 appointments for 8 am with only 6 techs available. This is how they function. If you value your time and how your service center treats you then avoid Team Toyota at all costs!!! More

terrible customer service My husbands truck was recalled so it was taken by in for the necessary repairs. Turn around time 3-5weeks. Now keep in mind this is a work truck that provides income and advertising. After a lot of fighting we finally got the repairs completed 4Months LATER!!! With that my truck was damaged while on the lot thru the winter and even after bringing this to their attention toyota said they dont care its not their problem. On top of all the moralist, damage that occurred while on their lot toyota said u owe us money for repairs that were caused from the recall!!! And they weren't cheap either!!! Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Never buy a car or service a car there or it will come back damaged later. More

Stay away from this dealer. Scam! Stay away from this dealer. Scam! I bought Brand New Toyota Camry 2014 model about 8 months back. When I went to them they promise me they will m Stay away from this dealer. Scam! I bought Brand New Toyota Camry 2014 model about 8 months back. When I went to them they promise me they will match the quote I had from another dealer. Once we agree to everything I purchased the car signed all the paper and everything they had promised me they will give me all the futures I had on the quote from the other dealer. One of the futures was Toyota Auto starter. Once I purchased the car they gave me paper to get my auto starter installed from Toyota Service Center. When I went there they installed cheap third party auto starter instead of Toyota auto starter. I went back to the dealer and ask them I would like to get the original auto starter in my car they said they didn't specifically mention that they will install Toyota Auto starter so this is what you will get. So I said then I don't want the car because you're not keeping promise you made. And they said you cannot return the car now this was next day I purchased the car. So they clearly MISLEAD you and MAKE ALL THE PROMISE TO YOU BEFORE THE PURCHASE THEY CAN’T KEEP. Also my parents bought Toyota Camry 2010 Brand New from them back in 2011. They promised him warranty money back at 75000 miles if you don't use warranty by then. He just hit 75000 miles two weeks ago we went with all the provided papers to them and they said you don't have the promise paper so we cannot give your money back. We are looking into old files but we are not able to find any papers. So when we purchased they promise us $900 back but now they are saying I’m missing their signature on there so we will not give you $900 back. They are nice until they get your money. Never buy anything from these guys. If you buy be extra careful make sure you check everything double and triple and DO NOT BUY ANY EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING BACK. More

Something's rotten in the service dept and body shop I took my car to Team Toyota of Langhorne after a collision because Geico said they are a preferred shop, and Geico said they would guarantee the work I took my car to Team Toyota of Langhorne after a collision because Geico said they are a preferred shop, and Geico said they would guarantee the work. After about a week, Team Toyota of Langhorne said my vehicle's body work was done. I went to pick up the car, and there was no play in the brake pedal. I had one of their service people come out and drive it around the lot, and Team Toyota of Langhorne's service person found the same issues with the tight brakes. He and his manager said they would make it right. The solution was to send my vehicle to another dealer to have them check the brakes, but they never told the 2nd dealership that Team Toyota of Langhorne had performed repairs after a collision. Instead, Team Toyota of Langhorne tried to pass it off as warranty work. The 2nd dealer didn't fall for it, and I ended up stranded at the 2nd dealership on the weekend, since Team Toyota of Langhorne refused to authorize the 2nd dealership to inspect the car which would have cost a half hour of labor, around $50.00. So, Team Toyota of Langhorne butchered the sensitivity in my brakes to an unsafe level, then tried to scam another dealer into doing the work, and when the other dealer found out that the brake problem presented after Team Toyota of Langhorne had completed repairs after an accident, Team Toyota of Langhorne was outraged at me for telling the 2nd dealer that there had been an accident repair. Unethical and unprofessional. Also, there is apparently no gas left in the car. How did they use up all of the gas? I don't know how this will be resolved, but I don't want Team Toyota of Langhorne to go near my car again. More

Overpriced I bought my car at this dealer last year and have been going for scheduled maintenance regularly. They are very friendly but extremely overpriced with I bought my car at this dealer last year and have been going for scheduled maintenance regularly. They are very friendly but extremely overpriced with no warning. I was told they inspect my car for free, I just pay for the emissions test so I brought it in. I had been paying $39 for an inspection for the past 10 years or so- when I picked it up they told me I owed over $70 just for emissions. I was shocked and would have taken it anywhere else and paid half that if I'd known. The last time I had an oil change they did not screw my cap on tight enough and I leaked oil all over my driveway and still have not been able to get the stain out. I will not be returning to this dealership because their friendliness does not make up for the other issues. More
