I called the service department at 2:45, and was able to get an appointment time that worked for me. I had never been to the service center, so I did not know where to go or anything. The valet guy told me where to go to get checked in. The gentleman that checked me in told me where I could go to sit while I waited to see what was wrong with my car. I was able to sit down, relax, and watch television while I was waiting for my Corolla to be fixed. The lady at the rental car center even lent me her phone charger while I was waiting. Once it was done the gentleman came and explained to me what was wrong, and all I had to do was sign and walk out to my car that was right out front and running. It also only took 1.50 hrs to get done. More

I handed joe the keys to my car I was trading in, so they could have it looked at while I was test driving the Hyundai. Before I left Joe said he would check his database to see if there was any other newer Toyota's I could afford while my dad and I were on the test drive. After taking a nice somewhat long test drive, we came back to see that joe had pulled out a 2013 Toyota corolla S. I took that on the same test drive I had take the other car on. After some negotiations, we figured out that I could afford the corolla. Loved how very kind and not aggressive joe was. Let me tell you I got to the dealership around 7:30 pm on a Friday, and nobody made me fell like I was pressured to buy a car that night. Totally would buy a car here again. Especially from joe. More

I had spoken to Rich a few times ab professionalism, honesty, and personal attention I received from Rich Magaziner and the entire Team Toyota team. I had spoken to Rich a few times about the type of car I was looking for and the budget I had to spend. Rich let me know when the right car for me became available and worked with me to get it under budget! I could not be happier with my "new" Rav4,. Driving is awesome again. I will be recommending Rich and Team Toyota to my friends and family, for sure. Thanks again! More

The whole car buying experience for me was a nightmare thanks to Team Toyota of Langhorne. Stan Esposito was my salesman, and after my time there, the term "never trust a car salesman" never rang more tru thanks to Team Toyota of Langhorne. After spending time with him, and talking to him 3 more times that day; he tells me to come and look at this car with my brother, since they only thing I was hung up on was the color (ash brown). I get there about 20 mins after talking to him (and saying yes, we are on our way!), the car is being sold to someone else....why didn't you tell me that during the 1, 2, or 3 conversations i had with you within 2 hours of looking at the car? Why didn't you tell me that BEFORE I got in my car and drove down there? Why would you not treat me with the same respect I showed you? I wasn't there to waste anyone time, my plan was to buy a car that day and be upfront and honest, which I was. Don't be fooled that they care about what your looking for, they don't; and after being told by their MANAGER that at the end of the day, it's all about business (guess customer service takes a back seat at this location) I guess it was blessing that I didn't buy a car from there. good luck to anyone that steps foot in that dealership. Our 2007 Corolla trade was listed in blackbook as 5,380 and edmunds as 6,076. They gave us only 3,500 for it and we questioned it , Mr. Gould stated that the car was in far worse condition than those price and edmunds as 6,076. The car was listed on their internet site 3 days later for 7,946! I guess the condition was not that bad. When we contacted him a week later he said he would get back to us and never did. This was our sixth purchase at the dealer...but never again. I even talked my parents out of considering them for their next vehicle. More

My loyalty arises from the remarkable excellence not only of the sales staff but also of the other departments within that Team Toyota dealership. In particular, the Parts Department deserves special appreciation for its outstanding attentiveness and service in what seems always to be a very busy and active department. The dedication of its staff and the agreeable and friendly atmosphere which exists there is nothing short of amazing. In this era of major retailers' short staffing with inexperienced customer service agents, the Team Toyota Parts Department is definitely an exception to this rule. More
On August 26, 2013, at Team Toyota/Langhorne PA, during my end lease return of a 2010 Toyota Rav/4, the dealership staff exemplified an effectual and streamlined process. This lease return occurred as promised a few weeks prior during my purchase of a 2012 Toyota Certified Used Camry. The Camry was purchased as the replacement vehicle for the Rav/4. And even though the purchase of the Camry and yesterday's lease return were not simultaneous, I still experienced the highest level of professionalism and courtesy by Team Toyota Sales Consultant Victor Pides. During this lease return at Team Toyota, again effected by Mr. Pides, he and the noted staff at Team Toyota maintained the same standard of professionalism displayed during the earlier purchase of the Camry. Team Toyota's standard level of professionalism is of the highest order. A particular note regarding the above is that this transaction on August 26, 2013, did not involve a monetary settlement. When any retailer maintains their standard of consumer courtesy and professionalism without a monetary profit, as in this case at Team Toyota; the excellence of a retailer's dedication to a consumer's full satisfaction is defined.
