My husband and I were ready to buy a new Toyota Corolla. We first met with Dan and told him what we wanted to do. Shortly thereafter, Earl took over to look at our specs. He brought the car around, showed us the features, and we went for a test drive. By the time we had returned, our car (a 2005 RAV4) had been appraised, and it was time to talk numbers. We knew what we were prepared to spend, and the initial number was far beyond our "budget." Part of the problem was the trade-in value they estimated for our car. Tim came over to explain how he arrived at his estimate and to find out why we expected it to be higher. Everyone was more than willing to work with us and patiently did so. In the end, we arrived at a deal: we eliminated some of our options, and Toyota gave us a higher trade-in price. At every step in the process, someone explained what was happening and approximately how long that stage would last. Everyone was professional, polite, personable, and willing to listen to the customer. Although buying a car takes time, the people at Team Toyota worked as fast as they could without making the process seem rushed or chaotic. There was also a lot of humor in the exchange, but it was helpful, not an interference. In the end, we were escorted to our car by three people who made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Needless to say, we happily drove off in our new Corolla. This experience was great. We would recommend Team Toyota to anyone in the market for a new car. More
