I stopped in one Monday night to look at my dream car - the Toyota Prius. I've wanted one for a very long time. David took me on a test drive and was very knowledgable about the car and was able to answer the Toyota Prius. I've wanted one for a very long time. I then spoke with the finance guy Ray Costa who was great. I had to stand my ground because I didn't want to get myself into anything I couldn't afford, but Ray was not pushy at all. He saw that I wanted the car and I sincerely feel that he and David wanted to get me in this car because I loved it. We weren't able to get to where I needed to be on Monday, but on Tuesday I heard from David and Ray and by the time I left work that day, I was headed back to Team Toyota because David and Ray worked hard to get me into my 2011 Prius III at a price I could afford. I could not be happier! I mean really...this is my DREAM car that I have wanted for years and just thought I couldn't afford it. Turns out, with David and Ray's help, I could :) I also bought the car I owned prior to this, a Camry, at Team Toyota. They've always been great to work with and I've never had a problem with service. I highly recommend Team Toyota and David Gruber. And if you get Ray doing your finance, well then you're even luckier. He hugged me when I came to pick up my car - he was genuinely happy for me! Bruce was very very knowledgeable of the Prius engine/battery system. He showed us all the safety points under the hood which were very impressive.His explanations were most useful in helping thi engine/battery system. We are looking at retirement in a few years and we realized that one of our biggest weekly expenses was filling up our gas tanks. The fuel efficiency is amazing. The trunk hatch is very generous and we love the fact that the rear seat can be split. Bruce has also helped us set up the Blue tooth system which is something we knew nothing about. We were very pleased with our entire experience at Team Toyota.We traded a 2005 suv and our insurance only increased by $75 when we added the Prius. We expected a hugh increase but the safety features of the car kept the rate low. More
