I purchased my Corolla From Team Toyota. I contacted the Internet Department and dealt with Brian Whiteman. At first I thought it was an automated response but it was a personal email from him. I was amazed how fast he responded. When I arrived at the dealership the pricing was 100% accurate to what was sent to my email. Brian made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle and took his time to show me all the features and make sure I had all the answers to my questions. I would definitely do business again with Team Toyota and Brian Whiteman again everytime. We got to see the service department which was beautiful. Brian showed me all the features of the vehicle and made sure I was comfortable before driving the vehicle home. When I bought a vehicle 4 years ago the salesperson handed me the keys and that was it. Brian took the time and even offered for me to come back if I had any questions or didn't understand how to demonstrate the vehicle that he would take the time to go over the vehicle again. He called me a couple days later to make sure all was great with the vehicle and to make sure I didn't have any questions. He has continued to keep in touch with us throughout the entire purchasing experience. I have to say I was amazed at how well Brian knew his product and was so patient with us. He made this experience the best one of all and he always kept his promise. He said it would be "hassle free" and that it was. I felt like he was on our side the entire time, more focused on making sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our buying experience and not on making a quick buck. I know he will be at Team Toyota for many years to come because he is a great asset to their company and I will be back in 4 years to purchase again. I've never experienced leasing a new car before. I was always under the impression that there would be huge pressure to not only buy the car but to get every possible extra with it. Team Toyota did such a always under the impression that there would be huge pressure to not only buy the car but to get every possible extra with it. Team Toyota did such a great job, not only did I end up leasing a 2010 Prius for an insanely low price, but both my mom and my brother also leased cars from them within the same week or so. The receptionist was very friendly as well as all the other employees, I didn't feel like I was in a business atmosphere. Brian in particular was great with my strange situation. I was planning on trading in my 2005 Cobalt but Team Toyota found that it had been declared totaled weeks before I purchased it. I was shocked and my dad was furious that I had been driving an unsafe car for years, even the employees who appraised the car were upset over it. Brian let us keep the report on the Cobalt, including Toyota's estimated value of the totaled car, and let us park the Cobalt in their lot for a few days so we could figure things out since there was no way I was driving it back home. In addition to being very helpful with that problem, Brian was a great sport putting up with my dad's jokes and stress, which deserves a reward on its own. Before I put any money down, Brian checked with me to make sure that I was comfortable with the Prius, not just with driving it but making sure that it was really what I wanted. Considering that for a good part of my decision process my dad and fiance were arguing if I should get a Corolla or a Prius, checking with me while the two of them were elsewhere was much needed. Even Brian's manager checked with me when Brian stepped out to make sure there was no influence from anyone. The best part about the whole experience was that Brian was so much more like a friend than an employee trying to make a sale. Team Toyota has completely redefined the car buying experience, my future car purchases will definately be at Team Toyota. More
