Tedd Britt Chevrolet (Sterling, VA) and General Motors has given me the run around. They have shown gross negligence by refusing to replace my newly purchased 2020 Silverado 1500. I have been tossed around from manager to manager, from advisor to advisor. Nobody wants to be the one caught with the customer (me) in a potential lawsuit: I have put less than 15,000 miles on the vehicle, hardly owned six months. First owner. The vehicle has been in FIVE TIMES for various electrical issues including brake system failures (x3), and most recently the vehicle shut off while I was traveling +60mph. I fear for my safety. See attached invoice photos. Their staff sees you as a number - a price tag. Their “Customer Experience Manager” did not even look at me, he talked over me, and downright refused to help me - would not even give me the customer service phone number. He said it was not his problem. Incredible. Don’t waste your time, or your safety. Buy a Ford. More

Ted Britt is a great place to purchase a vehicle. I went online to view vehicles, found the one I wanted and went to the dealership. Anthony was fantastic throughout the whole process. I found my new (to me) Bolt online, and the description that they posted matched the car perfectly. In fact, they probably undersold the vehicle! It was beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend that you do NOT take your Volt or Bolt into this dealership for any repairs related to the electronics. I have been trying to get them to fix a 'reduced propulsion mode' issue for 2+ Bolt into this dealership for any repairs related to the electronics. I have been trying to get them to fix a 'reduced propulsion mode' issue for 2+ years, spent thousands of dollars, and still they are screwing around with it. I am about to go get the vehicle from them and find another dealership who is hopefully better qualified to address these issues. and they keep charging me diagnostic fees when I take it back in for the same problem. (I have not had any service issues with them for problems NOT related to the electronics.) so if you have a Volt/Bolt, and any electronics issues, suggest you take it somewhere else. I generously give them one star, because I think their service reps are trying to help, but unfortunately those guys don't fix cars. More

Took 4 months to get my car part in. I never got updates from them regarding the part arriving. I had to consistently call and find out what was going on. I even had to speak to the inventory department dir from them regarding the part arriving. I had to consistently call and find out what was going on. I even had to speak to the inventory department directly. When I did finally get to bring my car back for them to do the repair, it took twice as long as I was originally told. No advisor talked to me as I was waiting to give me updates on where they were with it. Worst customer service I have ever had with dealerships. More
