Very Poor Expereince Andy Britt does not return phone calls, will not follow thru the promises made my telephone or e-mail. My husband and I bought a 2015 Suburban from Ted Britt from Hook Pagnotta on June 6, 2014, after driving 3 months on DEAD temps finally we were able to come to an agreement that Hook and the Finance dept had messed up on the taxes (which we brought to their attention before purchasing and were told numerous by text per Hook & e-mails it was ALL GOOD) agreement was that Any Britt was to eat half the taxes on his company's mistake. We send in our half due on taxes and still on dead temp tags mind you - within 24hrs tag arrive in the mail titled WRONG! And Andy Britt has yet to return phone calls (mail box is full now) and they will not answer our calls! I would NEVER buy from this dealer again, save the headache, tax issues and find a TRUSTWORTHLY dealer. DMV tells us this is tax fraud and dealer must redo the title work is ONLY option. More

I had been searching for a car for over six weeks and was hopeless by the time I walked into Ted Britt Chevorlet of Sterling's doors. I had very specific requirements: Pre-owned, Sedan, dark color, less than 40k miles on it, power windows, remote start, and hopefully a moon roof. Well, Let me tell you- Mas delivered on every single on of those. I didn't get a sun roof, but thats just because I was so in love with car that he chose, that I didn't even care about the moon roof by the time I drove off. I work in sales myself, so I was really blown away by the excellent customer service, product knowledge, and showmanship, that Mas was able to execute in a short amount of time. I am very picky, and he saw that and worked off my requirements/needs…No questions asked. I didn't have to haggle, and I certainly did not feel like I needed to come back with "a man" to get a fair price. I love my new car!! I went with a Blue Ray Metallic, Brand-spanking-new 2014 Chevy Cruze. I'll certainly be going back there for my next car, and have already referred several friends. :) I'd call there and ask for an appointmentt with Mas. He was awesome!!! More

Ahmed Albadri - exceptional customer service I was out recently to buy a used 4WD vehicle and found several in the NoVa area. When I showed up at Ted Britt Chevrolet I was immediately greeted by I was out recently to buy a used 4WD vehicle and found several in the NoVa area. When I showed up at Ted Britt Chevrolet I was immediately greeted by Ahmed Albadri who brought the car around and made sure I felt comfortable in the area for a test drive. He worked quickly and thoroughly to move the sale to completion and even offered to follow me home as I had no way to get 2 cars back to my house other than taxi. Exceptional customer service, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Would definitely recommend Ahmed again. Would offer one suggestion to the dealership, however. On a Saturday in summer only 2 F+I staff is pretty sad. The wait time for consummation of the sale was an hour. More
