I just moved here from Orlando, Florida and was very skeptical about finding an Honest dealership in a new place. To my delight, I decided to take my car in for service at Tom Britt. Professional, accommodating, and he also took the time to explain to me all of my options both from a financial and safety aspect without trying to take advantage of an out of towner. I really appreciated that approach and have since gone back for more service because of the excellent treatment. I had my car towed to the dealership on Sunday afternoon and left info in the night drop box. My anti-theft feature has locked the ignition twice in the last six months. When I called on Monday morning, the car had already been looked at. Chris took the time to explain how the diagnostic test works. He was patient as I researched the problem and talked with others. When I called back, he seemed disappointed that I did not want to spend the $580 to replace the ignition switch, but he gave me until 2:00 to change my mind because the part was in stock. When I came for the car after work, he again patiently explained again, even though he was giving instructions to a crew in the parking lot and had a call on hold inside. He was also kind enough to discount the service charge. I am gambling on getting by without replacing the switch any time soon. I think Chris is betting on seeing me back sooner rather than later. Once I arrived at Ted Britt, customer service was satisfactory and Ronald Martin made me feel comfortable of wanting to continue my service needs at his location. More

I was in the market for an electric vehicle and was undecided about the Ford Fusion Electri and Chevy Volt, leaning toward the Fusion. Staff was friendly when I entered the service area. I spoke with two, friendly and helpful employees (Mike (assistant service manager) and Eddie (mechanic) before I ended up with my point of contact (Ron spoke with two, friendly and helpful employees (Mike (assistant service manager) and Eddie (mechanic) before I ended up with my point of contact (Ronald Martin). Ronald was friendly, well spoken and on top of it. He made sure my car was serviced in a timely fashion. I told him I had a 2-1/2 hour window I was able to wait in the shop before I needed to leave to pick up my 5-year-old daughter from a neighbor's house. Fortunately, what needed to be done to my 2010 Chevy Tahoe was completed within the 2-1/2 hour timeframe with 15-minutes to spare! When I walked out to get my vehicle, I noticed the windows had been cleaned and the pollen brushed off. Overall, I was very happy with the service I received on Friday, May 10th. Then again, there weren't any major malfunctions to my truck, thank goodness. The only negative, being quoted $300 to have (1) small door ding repaired, which bummed me out and I obviously, turned down. However; thanks to Ronald, I walked out with a referral. In the coming week or two, I will be back in the service department for a part replacement and I can only hope round two measures up to be the same as today's experience which was very good. Side note ~ the renovations to the dealership make it a pleasant environment to wait around in. More
