Disrespectful, Unhelpful, Scammers I've tried three times to bring my truck in for recall service. After finally getting an appointment they tried to charge me an hour labor even though I've tried three times to bring my truck in for recall service. After finally getting an appointment they tried to charge me an hour labor even though this is a GM recall. Luckily they told me they were going to try to screw me up front so I left, without receiving my recall service (potential fire hazard). I tried to make another appointment and the rude woman who answered said they would only accomodate me on a weekday since it's a recall (not important to them). She refused to let me bring my truck in on Saturday. Then she hung up on me. Worst customer service center on the planet. Don't bother. I would never bring a car here. They don't give a xxxx about the customer. More

Process was great from start to finish. Hook was great. Started the purchase process online and worked out pricing by email. Hook from Ted Britt was quick to respond and follow up. After the price was settled, I went in for a test drive. Hook has the car ready and let us take a test drive by ourselves for as long as we wanted. The purchase process was quick and Hook went through all the features of the car and was very knowledgeable of all the specs and features of the car.
