They don't keep their word I purchase a new 2017 Hyundai Sonata plug in hybrid. It is a great car so far but I wish I purchase it somewhere else. Jose Vegas was my car salesman. I purchase a new 2017 Hyundai Sonata plug in hybrid. It is a great car so far but I wish I purchase it somewhere else. Jose Vegas was my car salesman. He is nice, not too pushy and answer most of my questions. He didn't treat me like crap because I was a woman. I negotiated my car by out the door price with several dealerships in the area. They agreed to beat the other dealerships. However, after agreeing to a price and shaking on it, they took back the price because I didn't qualify for a certain rebate. The rebate I didn't qualify for is the competitive car owner rebate, which means if you own any car other than a Hyundai. I owned a Kia, but they reject it because Hyundai owns Kia. So, if I can't get the competitive car owner than I should qualify for the loyality rebate; however they won't give me that either, which is completely unfair. I should have walked out then and there. They agreed to take off another couple hundred dollars but it not really worth it since the rebate was $1500. They took a long time to get my car ready for me and did a crappy job taking off all the tape, plastic wrapping, etc. The driver foot mat was poorly placed that it kept rolling under my feet when I drove it off the lot. I had to stop and fix it. Jose did call me several times to check on me but I was too angry to talk to him. I took my car to get the first oil change. I register the appointment online through blue link. It was fast and easy to use. The downside is that it says online that the first oil change is complementary. So, I went in thinking my oil change was free. It was not free and I had to wait 45-60 minutes to get it done. Within 30 minutes of waiting they came over to me to tell me it was not free. I told them that I purchase the car here and it was my first oil change. She said Temecula Hyundai doesn't do that. So they charged my $40 for an oil change. If I went to Hyundai in hemet, it would at least come with a car wash. More
