Hyundai Ioniq Really enjoyed working with James. He explained that he was relatively new but seemed very professional and understanding. Felt badly that we arrived Really enjoyed working with James. James seemed like he would've been willing to stay all night to help us if he had to. The only negative part of the experience was more or less out of their control. We waited well over an hour to even sit with the finance employee (who was also extremely nice). It would've been nice to have somebody else maybe explain the paperwork to the customer before us. Took us only about 10 minutes with Finance, and it took the couple before us well over an hour because of his lack of trust in the car buying process. I also believe that we sat for a brief moment with Johnny Villa, whom we did not love our experience with. He explained a bunch of options to us that my car doesn't even qualify for before he realized that our car couldn't support those features. He just was not as friendly as his peers. Nothing but love for James, though. Really appreciate you guys staffing your dealership with quality enployees such as him. More
