He answered all our questions and we left feeling comfortable knowing we were not being taken advantage of or pressured into buying something we did not want or need. During the time of our pickup of the vehicle he went over all the features of the model we selected, assisted my wife in sinking her blue tooth and setting her touch to close trunk to her height. All throughout out process he treated us not as a “number” to meet his and the dealerships quota, but as a friend.
