I have to say that I do not recall having a conversation about the registration of your vehicle. That is not a good situation for you or for us because we also get charged from the dmv for not reporting a vehicle sold. If this were the case I would have fixed this right away without hesitation. I am very sorry that something has happened to you and you had a bad experience at our dealership. I would never treat anyone the way you described in your review. It is not the way I was raised. For me its not about corp policy. Its about doing the right thing. Period. The right thing really depends on what happend but in this case it sound like we should have acted faster but it does take 8 to 12 weeks for the dmv to get the real registration out to the new owner. Thats why the temp. is good up to 6 months. Incase of any problems. If I knew who this was I would be happy to contact you and talk about this but I think this should be removed because I don't think you spoke with me. Thank you for your time. Dave Pavlik, I will change my review. I was misunderstood about who I spoke to. I spoke with a sales manager not the GM (you). I should have just asked for you in the first place since I can tell by your message that you actually care about your customers. I am still very upset at the lack of customer service I received from that sales manager. I didn't know that so many things could go wrong with buying a car since the last two times went very smooth for me. I just now received my plates (over 3 months after purchasing the car) and finally got all the paperwork with the DMV taken care of. I sincerely appreciate your reply.
