I voiced to him that I wasn't happy with KIA so I wanted to trade in my car. However, the dealer didn't have the Hyundai Elantra in the lot. SO he worked hard with his team to find me one for a week and I've been happy ever since. I love my car and I am so happy with August. I will recommend him to anyone who comes to me. They were extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process. My transaction was a little complicated as we had co-lessees in different cities, and they could not have made it more seamless. I was working with 5 other Hyundai dealerships concurrently, and sadly their employees were rude, dismissive, and couldn’t care less about making a deal or closing new business. Pedro and August made the process easy and were joys to work with. Even days after I leased my new vehicle, they were checking in to make sure I was completely satisfied. Customer service is practically nonexistent these days, so it was a pleasant surprise to not only get an AMAZING deal on the vehicle I wanted, but to receive customer service that truly defined going “above and beyond”. Their attention to detail and hard work to get me the deal that would fit my budget in the vehicle I wanted were exceptional. As long as I own a Hyundai, I will return to Temecula Hyundai.
