I would have given a 5 star ranking except for the fact that I was extremely upset over the Dealers failure to advise me that I was purchasing a $799 I would have given a 5 star ranking except for the fact that I was extremely upset over the Dealers failure to advise me that I was purchasing a $799 three year service contract that I felt was overpriced and would NEVER have chosen to purchase. I am aware that I initialed the add-on, but the contract was NEVER mentioned or explained during the signing process. I even returned to the Dealership the following day and asked what the $799 charge was for! Had ANYONE discussed this option I would definitely refused to purchase it... More

I purchased the platinum protection plan and needed additions done on the car before I could take it home that day. When I went to get the car the next day, Jason was there on his day off just to show me how to set up the car media center to my Android. It's not a difficult task but he made it extremely easy. Defective tire I purchased my vehicle on November 28th at night, the next morning it showed low pressure on my tire, i took it back to the dealership and they put ai I purchased my vehicle on November 28th at night, the next morning it showed low pressure on my tire, i took it back to the dealership and they put air in it, they fail check for a nail or damage to the tire. I continued to have tire pressure issues and putting air myself. Someone suggested to bring back to the dealer, they did find a nail on the side wall and tire is unrepairable and said i have to pay $ 148.00 dlls to replace it cause i driven the car for 2 months already and i probably got the nail within that time. I told Carlos Velasco the service manager that we had brought it to their attention less the 15 hrs after purchasing the vehicle, he said i should of kept bringing it to them and they would of figure it out. Like im going to keep bringing it to the dealer and wait two hours for them to keep putting air in it. Needless to say i took my car to Ramona tires were i was help and given a better price for the inconvenience i went thru this dealership. Carlos rather loose a customer then fix the error and have a satisfy customer. Will tell my friends and family about bad service i received here. More
