Temecula Valley Lexus - Service Center

Brought our 2919 RX in for our complementary 40,000 mile check up. Have had a rattling noise from the drivers side passenger door area since we bought the pre-owned car a year and a half ago from another L check up. Have had a rattling noise from the drivers side passenger door area since we bought the pre-owned car a year and a half ago from another Lexus dealer. Matt the team leader was gracious enough to do a ride along with me prior to leaving the car for service. Couldn’t get the car to make the rattling noise. Got a call later in the day from Adam our service advisor that the service tech JT noticed that the rear trailing arms and bushings seemed to be worn for a vehicle that only had 43,000 miles on it. Had to wait over night for one of the trailing arms, (no big deal). A big shout out to the entire team as replacing the trailing arms and bushings resolved the source of the rattling that has been driving us nuts for the last year and a half. Our 2019 RX 350 now drives like a brand new car. The ride is tighter and smoother. I know this is wordy and has some technical language, but my wife and I are ecstatic that the team at TV Lexus went out of their way to solve our very annoying problem. Please don’t hesitate to take you vehicle to this dealership to have it serviced. They have done right by us twice now. Again a big shout out to Matt, Adam an JT. More
