I had previously checked with 3 other auto repair places in the area, so I had a good idea of what the vehicle already needed. TVL was right on the money and in the ballpark with OEM parts as compared to the other 3 repair places with after market parts. Their service department is top notch and the cleanest of any that I've ever seen. I will continue to do business with TVL for the servicing of my 2009 RX350 (196,000 miles). More
