Outstanding service and customer care! Ken, in the Service Dept, treated me like a long time customer and it was my first visit. I also was introduced to Michael in sales who graciously showed me several used vehicles in case my current car had major repair issues. I had a very good time with him since he's entertaining and knowlegable about vehicles. I was stressed that I might need a new car, but mine is in perfect shape! It's been my opinion that very few dealerships measure up in all categories such as courtesy, vehicle knowledge, timeliness, honesty and impeccable repair service. Temecula Valley Lexus gets my vote of a 10 in all categories! I'm so happy I found you and I will be bringing my Lexus here from now on and I feel great knowing I'm in good hands. More
