I was in bad need of a new set of tires. Without advance notice to the dealership I came by Thursday afternoon (11/18/2021) and discussed this with Sam. Sam checked the inventory on hand and found 4 new ti notice to the dealership I came by Thursday afternoon (11/18/2021) and discussed this with Sam. Sam checked the inventory on hand and found 4 new tires that were exactly what I needed. The tires were put on along with a new air filter while my wife and I waited. I do not like at all to avoid advance notice of service needs, but in this case I had no choice; I know that I should have scheduled this service and will not repeat this again. Thanks, Sam and Mike! We had a serious problem while we were on a trip back to Arizona. We had stopped at 3 other dealers in neighboring states and they had analyzed it with their computer and either didn’t have the part the com Arizona. They were all helpful, but didn’t find the real problem. We limped our Jeep back to Tempe and one of their technicians, Joseph, followed a wiring harness and found it to be too close to the exhaust and causing a short. Wonderful work on his part. Sam was our service advisor and was very helpful. More
