The people are nice and the service fast. But, the dealership shouldn't sell or recommend the RED SHIELD extended service/warranty program to anyone. Much of the repairs aren't covered by the RED SH dealership shouldn't sell or recommend the RED SHIELD extended service/warranty program to anyone. Much of the repairs aren't covered by the RED SHIELD company. I had 4 repairs done to my vehicle (various auto shops) and only 2 (the least expensive) were fixed through the RED SHIELD warranty. The other 2 were out of pocket costing me thousands of dollars to fix. Why sell a warranty if they aren't going to "warranty" anything. More
