Awful dealership Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from. Bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with 40,000 miles on it last June and have had nothing but trouble with p Worst dealership I have ever bought a car from. Bought a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with 40,000 miles on it last June and have had nothing but trouble with pre-existing problems. Ranging from bad seals and a extensively leaky soft top to a bad AC unit, brakes not replaced to now less than 13,000 mile later, the engine blew. The GM Garry Moeser would not return a single phone call and salesman Austin Johnson was next to useless in fixing any of my problems. They also only gave me a half a tank of gas to get back to Columbus Ohio on after a 2.5 hour drive. I will be reporting them to Jeep as they need to be aware of how they are being represented. I gave them 1 star cause it wouldn't let me give them zero. Buyer beware!!! More

Top Notch Service!!!! I recently called and scheduled my routine oil change for my truck. While performing the service, they also discovered a nail in my tire and a headlig I recently called and scheduled my routine oil change for my truck. While performing the service, they also discovered a nail in my tire and a headlight burned out. So Ben notified me of these issues and asked if I would like for them to fix both while my truck was in for service, leaving the decision to me. So, both issues were resolved during my oil change.
