Life savers! I purchased my Wrangler from one of the big dealerships up in Toledo. A month after I got the Jeep a support pole for the roof snapped. I contacted th I purchased my Wrangler from one of the big dealerships up in Toledo. A month after I got the Jeep a support pole for the roof snapped. I contacted the dealership in Toledo and was told they didn't think it would be covered under warranty and that maybe I should "find a dealership closer to me." I told them I wanted it serviced at the same place I bought the Jeep. I was told that "a manager would have to make the decision on if it would be covered under warranty and they don't work on Saturdays." Obviously they had sold me the Jeep and no longer cared about my business. My wife got a hold of Terry Henricks and they got me in instantly. Mike in service department was incredible. He told me not to worry about a thing. He'd get the part ordered and guaranteed me he would get it covered under warranty (he did). Ben was also awesome. Nicest guys in the business. This will be my one and only Jeep dealer going forward. I learned from my mistake. I only wish I'd come to Terry Henricks from the very beginning. Thank you both Mike and Ben for all you did for me.
