Dishonest pricing - jacks up the pricing with LoJack and Ceramic coating add ons, advertises discounts but is very difficult with negotiations and tries to bait and switch. Basically because they jack the price up with add-ons, it makes you feel good about getting a deal when they take them off, but in reality you're getting ripped off still. They lied about shipping a key fob to me after the transaction. Vehicle was certified pre-owned with a 172 point inspection but had a broken driver's a/c vent. They did not charge the vehicle we were interested in despite knowing we were from out of town. I would not recommend this dealership as they are dishonest. More

Got a 2026 Equinox that was advertised online to have a sunroof. Was given a test drive in a vehicle with a panoramic sunroof. Went with a different color and my only request was that it had the sunroof th sunroof. Was given a test drive in a vehicle with a panoramic sunroof. Went with a different color and my only request was that it had the sunroof that was in the vehicle I test drove. I was told verbally and shown online that it did indeed have the sunroof. There was no sunroof. I was offered a tank of gas as compensation for the mistake. After 3 days of going back to the dealership to see what I could do. They agreed to put in sunroof. When I got the vehicle back, it was a much smaller sunroof than the panoramic one that was in the Equinox that I test drove. Now there's nothing I can do, which isn't that bad because I did get a sunroof. But the hassle and lying coming from this dealership was beyond absurd. On top of that, 3 weeks after I got the vehicle, im low on washer fluid. How do you not fill the fluids in a brand new vehicle before it leaves the lot. Again, not a big deal, just another annoyance up go along with this terrible experience. More
