Got a 2018 Silverado 100,000 miles on it and 3 months later lifters go bad. Take in in shop lucky they have me a pitiful 3 month warranty but had to bring it in for $8,600 worth of work. Let alone said I was approved and let me drive the truck off the lot to call me 30 days later to say they needed more paperwork, basically gave me the run around. Fast forward 2 and a half years later same issue lifters go bad and they don't want to do anything about it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to even step foot in the place. They sold me a bad vehicle and now I'm out of work and thinking of a way to one replace the engine or come up with a way to get a new truck. The salesman was horrible and so are the service department employees. Horrible place to purchase a vehicle and a bunch of push over employees and horrible service mechanics. More

I felt that they were using Bait and Switch Tactics by using a lower priced demo vehicle that they weren't going to sell just to get you in the build I felt that they were using Bait and Switch Tactics by using a lower priced demo vehicle that they weren't going to sell just to get you in the building. So, upscale to a more expensive vehicle. Then they added $1500 for LoJack, $200 for Nitrogen and $400 for Oil Changes. These were non negotiable items that are financed in to your payment. If you have good credit, go elsewhere. More
Thry advertise a price for a new car online, which makes them seem cheaper than other dealers, but when you call, they tell you that the price doesnt include 4k in add ons... which cant be removed.
