He ran us through all the options & accessories, but never pressured us to add things we didn’t want. The dealership was able to deliver my car is about 2 months, MUCH faster than others told me it would take. Joey gave us a thorough tutorial on operating the car, & Jonathan Smith took good care of us for the financing, What a great experience! Everyone was so nice. I can’t say enough about how happy I am. You should definitely consider Terry Labonte Chevrolet, & ask for Joey Zemola in sales. More

Advertise discounts on certain vehicles but when you arrive on lot, none are there so they say discount doesn't apply to one you are looking at. I printed 8 window stickers on night before going and when arrived at noon and started to look at trucks. Not one of the 8 window stickers matched anything on the lot.oh I had plenty of time to look. It took almost a hour before someone come to wait on me. And he was coming over to look for something else he just walked around truck and boom there I was standing. Plus once found one and took test drive. Salesman became pushy to sign papers. Plus once there they have a added sticker of items they put on vehicles. My window sticker didn't show the ceramic coating. But he said it was on it and added it to price. Also if you look at any spray in bedliner from factory, the charge is $545, but they charge $999. Should have left then, but I wanted a new truck. We haggle for 6 hours. Finally got to what I thought was ok. Because their extra items was double cost then any of same cost from factory. Since I have purchased truck. I have so many regrets buying from this dealership. I love my truck, but I will travel 200 more miles or either won't buy new vehicle if they are only one to have what I want. Since starting to buy new vehicles, this was 9th new vehicle. This was 4th different dealership that I have dealt with and I have to say it is the worst dealer I have dealt with. I don't think I will ever go back to them, I think they lie about discount to point of its unethical. Add item not on sticker that might even be illegal, and just worst buying experience I ever had buying new vehicle. More
