Upon on arrival for my appointment I was directed to Ashlie Bourn who went over everything that was to be done. We were concerned about buying a Mercedes from a non Mercedes dealership (it still has two years of Mercedes warranty) but Ashlie relived that fear. Ashlie was great to work with and we look forward to her being our primary contact for future maintenance requirements. Our initial contact with Terry LaBonte Chevrolet was with Mike Weidner who sold use our 2023 Mercedes GLE 350. Great to deal with!! More

You always hear all kinds of horror stories about dealing with a car salesman.All I can say is do your homework. Get an idea what you feel your tradein is worth. I am very disappointed with the service I received at Terry Labonte Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in with two damaged tires on the driver side and specifically requested that the new tires be placed on Terry Labonte Chevrolet. I brought my vehicle in with two damaged tires on the driver side and specifically requested that the new tires be placed on the front, since the car is front-wheel drive. My request was ignored, and only when I picked up the vehicle was I told the tread difference was “marginal.” Additionally, the tire pressures were inconsistent after the service—41 PSI on the driver side where the new tires were installed, and 37 PSI on the passenger side—even though the label on the driver’s door specifies that all tires should be set to 42 PSI. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable for a dealership service department. It is also important to note that I checked the pressures when the tires were hot, after driving approximately 60 miles at highway speed. I also paid for a four-wheel alignment, but the documentation I received was incomplete. The “before” section was blank, and the report only showed acceptable ranges rather than actual starting values. This left me questioning whether the alignment was even necessary. Between ignoring my instructions, inconsistent tire pressures, and incomplete documentation, I left frustrated and distrustful. Transparency and respect for the customer were missing from this experience. More
