This was my first time to get my vehicle serviced since my purchase. The appointment was easy to schedule and a follow up notification was much appreciated. We were concerned about buying a Mercedes from a non Mercedes dealership (it still has two years of Mercedes warranty) but Ashlie relived that fear. Ashlie was great to work with and we look forward to her being our primary contact for future maintenance requirements.
