The experience was good as far as Marcus and the sale of vehicle. But the experience with finance was not good it took long. As a retired GM employee I was not offered GM financing as well as extended warranty. I had to ask for them. I never in the 42 years that I have been working or retired from GM has this happened to me. Other dealers were straight forward with us and understood I was a GM employee and worked with us accordingly. Finance also should not have taken 4 hours to complete. I am not satisfied with the finance experience. The sales experience was exceptional I was treated and worked with complete satisfaction. Marcus worked with us on our options and ordering our Blazer and kept us informed about progress and worked with us after delivery. I highly recommend his services and help.
