Got a 2026 Equinox that was advertised online to have a sunroof. Was given a test drive in a vehicle with a panoramic sunroof. Went with a different color and my only request was that it had the sunroof th sunroof. Was given a test drive in a vehicle with a panoramic sunroof. Went with a different color and my only request was that it had the sunroof that was in the vehicle I test drove. I was told verbally and shown online that it did indeed have the sunroof. There was no sunroof. I was offered a tank of gas as compensation for the mistake. After 3 days of going back to the dealership to see what I could do. They agreed to put in sunroof. When I got the vehicle back, it was a much smaller sunroof than the panoramic one that was in the Equinox that I test drove. Now there's nothing I can do, which isn't that bad because I did get a sunroof. But the hassle and lying coming from this dealership was beyond absurd. On top of that, 3 weeks after I got the vehicle, im low on washer fluid. How do you not fill the fluids in a brand new vehicle before it leaves the lot. Again, not a big deal, just another annoyance up go along with this terrible experience. More
