We have never been treated so poorly by a dealership. They were extremely rude and degrading. I don't know if it was a bad cop/good cop situation, but Victoria was the WORST person to deal with. During the test drive, she spent most of the time on the phone and didn't give directions until the last minute, causing us to jump two lanes over on the highway. Once we voiced that we needed more of a heads-up that a turn was coming, she paid more attention. She became extremely rude when we voiced that we wanted one of the dealership's loaded options removed from the vehicle. She never let us know what was happening--just disappeared for quite a while before another rude employee showed up to talk numbers. We eventually said we were done with the rudeness. We put a deposit down on the vehicle a week prior, and when we requested it to be refunded, Victoria threw the receipt at us and didn't bother saying anything before disappearing again. At that point, we left the dealership. We hadn't even made it off the lot before Victoria was calling us, saying she had spoken with the used car manager and they were now going to offer us $3000 more for the trade. How did they magically find $3k in less than 5 minutes????? We told her we were going to get food and talk it over. When we came back, we refused to work with her anymore and requested a new salesperson. He told us he "counseled" Victoria about her methods, but we never received an apology. We eventually came to a deal because we needed a new vehicle and they had what we wanted, but we will NEVER deal with this dealership again. We had to request the vehicle be detailed twice--the trade was cleaner than the one we were buying. It was raining when we purchased the car, and we noticed a large chip in the windshield when we got home. We definitely did not get hit by anything on the drive home. They told us they replaced the air filters, and it had just had an oil change--WRONG. The vehicle stats say it's at 61% oil life, and the filter is at 70%. The front brakes are also worn out. This is partially on us for not looking deeper, but you'd think a dealership of this magnitude would take the initiative to handle all this before selling. We spent a total of SIX HOURS at this dealership, causing us to scramble to have someone else pick up our child from school. We will NEVER work with this dealership again, even if they have what we're looking for. If I could rate zero stars, I would. More

My service this time was good. While I was there, I asked about the previous visit, which was for the car refusing to shift into gear (stuck in Neutral or Park and wouldn't shut While I was there, I asked about the previous visit, which was for the car refusing to shift into gear (stuck in Neutral or Park and wouldn't shut off). I asked if anyone else had reported the same problem, and I was told lots of GM cars had the same issue. Apparently, I was one of the (un)lucky ones to be hit with the issue first. They couldn't reproduce the issue, so they returned the car to me. I asked about having it fixed so I wouldn't be stuck somewhere again, and was essentially told I would have to wait for it to happen again before they would fix the issue. It seems ridiculous that I would have to wait until I was stranded somewhere (and next time I'll take a video of the error) before I could have the car towed in again and fixed, since I already reported this now known defect. More
