Nice people, and love my car. Only reason I was there was the new hybrid came in. I drove over 2 hours to get there. Expressed interest in speeding up the process. Only real complaint is the duration of time spent. I had 2.5 hours to drive back home after this, made for a long day. Staff is very sweet and makes everyone feel welcome. I was very relieved to see staff wearing masks during my visit. My last service visit was good. A gentleman took time to visually inspect my car and drive it to determine the problem.
