Excellent service and communication I usually do not write reviews but in this particular case I am compelled to give Mckensie Dover and the entire staff for the service and communicatio I usually do not write reviews but in this particular case I am compelled to give Mckensie Dover and the entire staff for the service and communication i received on my last visit. This was not a typical service put involved geeting parts ordered for a mishap with a pothole that did significant damage to my G90. They expedited my parts and delivered my car back to my home with no hassles. I willl be buying another G90 in the next few months and it will be from Terry Reid. Just to add, I was formerly in the retail auto business for over 20 years and must tell you Mckensie is the best service writer I have ever dealt with. I hope the owner of the company see's this review !! More
