Second Time Customer On May 20, 2017 my husband and I went to Terry Reid in Cartersville to look at an SUV. We were greeted by Andre Watts, very friendly and upbeat, he li On May 20, 2017 my husband and I went to Terry Reid in Cartersville to look at an SUV. We were greeted by Andre Watts, very friendly and upbeat, he listened to what we wanted to look at, we changed our minds like 20 times and not one time did he try to push us to hurry. So, we didn't feel comfortable in the SUVs and then we seen a car we were interested in, the Iconiq. We test drove it, and it was comfortable and it felt good. Andre never once lied to us, and he said that is one thing he would not do and he stood by that. From start to finish, Andre done his best to make us feel comfortable and he always had a smile on his face. For the rest of the employees, I was dealt with on a professional level, and a lot of my experience in buying a car, salesmen try to take advantage of women, but at Terry Reid, that never happened, (that may have been because I went in ready to trade, I told them there was nothing that was forcing us to trade, if I didn't get what I wanted then I could walk out and wake up debt free.) But I was dealt with on the professional level that I expected. I love my Iconiq, if and when I need another car, I will go back, I have told everybody I talk to about my experience. More
