I can not remember everyone's name but the ladies who were taking calls were very helpful and kind offering me refreshments. The business and finance managers were very helpful, even offering me lunch due to the extended amount of time I was there. I am horrible with names and I only remember John's name because he has done follow ups with me and Autumn is a season so it's hard to forget, although it did take me a few times to get it right over the phone, but she was very gracious. Oh yes and the service guy who washed my car was nice as well. More

Lies upon lies! Terrible experience. Elan tried to sell me a "brand new car" which had almost 4,000 miles on it. He said that because it has never been registered, Terrible experience. He said that because it has never been registered, the mileage doesn't matter it's still considered brand new to the federal government. I went to look at the car and it was dark, so I decided to come back two days later. Within two days, he quoted me a price that was $4,000 higher than what he quoted before. He was extremely dismissive, and was upset that I didn't purchase the car on the last day of the month. I'd caution anyone to do business with them. More
