I'm highly shocked at the dealer rater reviews about him because he is the exact opposite we'll at least he was with us. We had a few concerns since the Mini Cooper was used and had 70k miles, Alex asked what he could do for us to have peace of mind, Alex says his dealership services their vehicles prior to sale but still offered us pre purchase just so we could have that peace of mind. The car had no issues, besides tire tread and Alex bought us brand new tires. We would definitely do business with him again & highly recommend More

Horrible Experience I purchased my car in December and I am still dealing with this dealership. First they did not pay off my loan balance for my trade in, second they ga I purchased my car in December and I am still dealing with this dealership. First they did not pay off my loan balance for my trade in, second they gave me another customer's plates, and now they are harassing me for the title of my car that was mailed to me by my bank for paying off my car. This dealership is in the hood of Dallas and I honestly would recommend going to Park Plane, or Ecar one. More

Great Experience & Great Prices I was looking for an IS 250 and they had what I wanted. When I went in, not only did they set me up with a new car, but I also got a $200 gas card and I was looking for an IS 250 and they had what I wanted. When I went in, not only did they set me up with a new car, but I also got a $200 gas card and the car came with a 30 day warranty and 2 years of free maintenance. They are liars I WOULD NOT recommend going to this dealer, THEY’RE LIARS. I give this dealer 1 STAR, because I have been dealing with them since November 2016, when I WOULD NOT recommend going to this dealer, THEY’RE LIARS. I give this dealer 1 STAR, because I have been dealing with them since November 2016, when I bought my Lexus IS 250. I had made the deal with Alex (salesman & finance manager) on the sign up with the vehicle. We agreed on some fixes with the car when I signed everything and purchased the vehicle. It took a long time to go get car repaired and when he finally had time to take the car in for repairs, he gave it back with nothing fixed on it. They fixed something on the car that wasn’t the problem. He then adv me to take it to Lexus Dealer (it’s under warranty), I took the car there and I knew this was a cosmetic repair and the bumper to bumper wouldn’t cover what needs to be fixed. The Lexus dealer told me it’s going to cost 882 and some change to repair, I reached back out to Alex and never got any response on this issue. He has since, not reach out to me and it completely ignoring my calls and texts. He tricked me into going to the dealer to just get out of it and not follow through with agreement we have agreed on. I had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE here and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ON GOING HERE!! I have this all in writing, and will take this issue into further actions. They will tell you all these promises and put it in the contract with the sale and once they are done with the sale they are done with you. I have to say the only thing they did in the agreement was window tinting after 6 calls and pestering them. It took 3 months for that! DON’T GO TO THIS DEALER!! More

Now done had a tire to blow out... look 4 spare tire it's not 1 neither is a jack.. More
