From the minute I submitted my inquiry about a couple trucks, online, I was greeted with supurb customer service by JJ. Though a bit snarky at first with each other we soon started picking up what the other was throwing down. I gave him a laundry list of things I needed in a truck and he gave me a list of expectations I needed to understand for what I was looking for! And by golly he picked out the perfect truck for me!! He paid attention to every detail and took me through the whole process without handing me off to 5 different guys. Jeremy was very informative and helpful in my financing options and explained everything, to make sure I understood my warranty options as well. I made the drive to Addison from Weatherford and am glad I did so!
