I have never had a negative experience with the Audi Exchange! I have owned BMWs from 2 different dealerships as well as 2 Infinitis. I also purchased my original Audi S6 from a different dealership b Exchange! I have owned BMWs from 2 different dealerships as well as 2 Infinitis. I also purchased my original Audi S6 from a different dealership but started going to the Audi Exchange because the service was so much better. The Audi Exchange never treated me differently because I bought the car elsewhere and provided excellent service and a loaner every time. I have been pleased with everyone in the service department and more recently work with Elaina who always remembers me and my car. Due to the excellent service I bought 2 more Audis from the Exchange, a 2020 RS5 which I loved, and then more recently a pre-owned RS6! I worked with Brian Balinski both times, and it is a testament that it was the same salesperson even 5 years later. He provided me lots of options and even helped identify Audis that were not at the dealership so that I could get the correct car with the options and color that I really wanted. I never had to settle on what I was desiring. My latest car was pre-owned but could be new, and was a car Brian knew was on my radar and got it in front of me as soon as he could, LoVe this car! They also made the sales transaction super smooth, I was in an out with the trade-in under a hour. They also got me better financing than my private banker could do. Love this dealership and the employees that work there! More
