I chose to start my Audi car search at the Audi Exchange due to the plethora of 5 star reviews on cars.com, dealerrater.com, etc. My search started t I chose to start my Audi car search at the Audi Exchange due to the plethora of 5 star reviews on cars.com, dealerrater.com, etc. My search started there and ended there because Ramzi Amawi and The Exchange met my expectations from the very get-go: from the first email I sent them inquiring about a Q5 to the handshakes I received before I drove off with my new Q5. In a few words, they are simply amazing. And yes - I'm talking about a car dealership! When I first started my search for a Q5, inventory of a Q5 3.0T was low - these babies were selling like hotcakes! The Exchange didn't have anymore Q5 3.0Ts on the lot. So Ramzi patiently went through the list of Q5s that they were expecting to receive in 3-4 weeks until we found one that I was happy with. He offered me an incredible price for it and I was sold. During the month wait, Ramzi always responded right away to my emails and texts asking him for status updates - even on his days off. After an excruciating month of waiting, my car finally arrived! The paperwork, trade-in, and financing (all the things most of us dread about buying a car) went so smooth and quick, the whole transaction was done in less than an hour. Dan Fernstrom in finance is such a great guy, he is definitely one of the reasons why buying at car at the Exchange was so painless. He listens to what you want and makes it happen. I bought used, gave him a wish list, and he never bothered me with emails or calls unless they were right on target with what I was looking for. He treated me as though I was buying new, and gave me a thorough "tour" and "lesson" on my car once I bought. He followed up after, and even noticed and pointed out things that weren't perfect that I may have never known about. The whole team there is awesome, but go to Lucas to buy new or used! More

We found a great Audi TT at the Audi Exchange and decided to give it a shot. The salesperson I spoke with on the phone (Lucas Kielar) was very responsive and addressed the questions I had, and within an hour or so, we agreed on pricing and timing of our trip out to Chicago to pick up the car. Once we arrived to the dealership, Lucas greeted us as we exited our taxi (from the airport), and the vehicle was detailed and ready for our delivery. The car was just as described, both on their website and from my conversation with Lucas on the phone. Paperwork was completed timely, and we were off in our new (used) car back home. Overall, it was a great dealership experience. Very professional, but with a nice personal touch. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from the Audi Exchange, thanks to the dealership and our salesman. More

Happy to have bought my car here I work in a school and decided to do some car shopping when I had the time in advance of an eventual car purchase. When I went into the Audi Exchange not only was I not sure how quickly I wanted to buy a car, I was considering everything from the Audi A4 to the Mazda 6 (the car I was driving). Obviously I was not the most serious of buyers when I was matched with Ramzi. You would never know this, however, from the way Ramzi treated me; it was like I was a customer that had bought 10 cars from him. He listened carefully to my needs, answered all the questions I had, and didn't apply any high (or even medium) pressure sales tactics. Thanks to the discussions we had I ended up with a fantastic car that exactly met my needs and which, thanks to the volume of cars available at the Audi Exchange, was available on site. There's no question that I would happily go back to Ramzi, and I feel that if I have questions or problems in the days to come that he, and the Audi Exchange, will be there for me. More
