Drew and dealership also offered to assist with making any necessary travel arrangements. After getting the Q5, which we are loving, there were a few missing items: onboard tool kit and jack. Drew took care of getting these to us promptly with only one phone call. Drew, and the Audi Exchange dealership have been very professional and helpful.
