As usual, the service department is absolutely outstanding. Gil Klinger is a very professional service advisor who communicates and goes out of his way to make sure your experience is a good one. outstanding. I had a loaner car ( a sweet new A6, btw! ) and my car was done a few hours before I was even due back to pick it up. The waiting room and refreshments are always top notch, just like the service here. My car is washed and the interior is cleaned when I pick it up. It was even pulled inside the waiting area/service bay so that I could quickly jump in it to get home in time for dinner. Once again, this dealership has shown why it is so successful both in sales (see Drew Malone for used or new cars, great guy!) and service. When you treat your customers the way the Exchange does, and in the environment it provides, it easy to see why people will go out of their way to patronize this business. A+++ once again! More

I work in sales myself and I found it very refreshing to work with people that value a positive customer experience. Both Ryan and Lucas were beyone helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I hate to say it but I find this harder and harder to find and did not have similiar experiences at other dealerships. I was looking to upgrade my current vechile and needless to say many people had a preconceived notion and attitude when working with me.
