On Cars.com I found a nice-looking, nicely-optioned 2008 BMW 535xi that Audi Exchange was offering for sale. He answered all of my questions regarding car options and the condition. I was a bit hesitant over the mileage which was 86,000 and so I thanked Alex for his help and said I would keep looking. He was very professional and said no problem and if I changed my mind and wanted to reconsider the BMW to let him know. I looked around for another week, but didn't find anything with the options which looked as nice as the BMW at Audi Exchange. I decided to make an offer that took into account my unease over the mileage, and we ended up shaking hands at a number pretty close to what I asked for. It was a smooth process. Alex continued to be helpful after the sale, right up to the time my transport company picked up the car. The car was exactly as Alex described. I would buy from them again. More

I went with the whole intention to buy a Q5 2014. Unfortunately the appraised my car $10,000 below NADA price. They starting taking about the auctions somewhere in Mayfield, PA, and in another place. When I asked about the NADA or KBB trade in price, they just told me "Ask then to buy your car...". Conclusion: I will never return to any car dealership with the "Exchange". More

As usual, the service department is absolutely outstanding. I had a loaner car ( a sweet new A6, btw! ) and my car was done a few hours before I was even due back to pick it up. The waiting room and refreshments are always top notch, just like the service here. My car is washed and the interior is cleaned when I pick it up. It was even pulled inside the waiting area/service bay so that I could quickly jump in it to get home in time for dinner. Once again, this dealership has shown why it is so successful both in sales (see Drew Malone for used or new cars, great guy!) and service. When you treat your customers the way the Exchange does, and in the environment it provides, it easy to see why people will go out of their way to patronize this business. A+++ once again! More
