First and foremost THANK YOU. I hadn't purchsed a car since I gratuated from college so I really wasn't sure what to expect. I work in sales myself and I found it very refreshing to work with people that value a positive customer experience. Both Ryan and Lucas were beyone helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I hate to say it but I find this harder and harder to find and did not have similiar experiences at other dealerships. I was looking to upgrade my current vechile and needless to say many people had a preconceived notion and attitude when working with me. My Husband and I couldn't be happier with our purchase and look forward to working with Ryan and Lucas again in the years to come. More

Worst service experience ever. Greg in service is a complete a**hole. He wouldn't talk to me about the damage his service team did to my $60,000 car because the "weather was too nice". The initial walk around for my car cams back perfect mind you when I brought it in and really nothing I wanted fixed was actually fixed. My car sat there for a week to get cleaned. So furious! Will never go back there again and I've been a loyal Audi customer for years. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm inferior or have less to spend than anyone else. They messed with the wrong person. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER! More

In the past I have always been excited when purchasing a new car, but dreaded the actual ordeal of purchasing a car and going through stereotypical pushiness that comes associated with going through a deale new car, but dreaded the actual ordeal of purchasing a car and going through stereotypical pushiness that comes associated with going through a dealership. My perception of this has done a 180 degree turn after purchasing a car yesterday from Lucas Kielar at Audi Exchange in Highland Park. After researching cars and finding a good match, I walked into Audi Exchange preparing to go to battle making sure I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want, and offered a ridiculously bad price. I couldn't have been more wrong, instead I was greeted with a friendly attitude, an extremely knowledgeable salesman that answered ALL of my questions, and.... I was presented with all of my options in terms of vehicle and features versus attempting to push me into something that would make him/ the dealer the most margin. I walked out the dealership with a car I absolutely love at a very fair price, and was treated with respect the whole time. When the time comes to purchase again I can't see going to another dealer, or not working with Lucas again. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family. GREAT overall experience! More

Working with Drew Malone was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. From the first time he contacted me until we picked up the Q7 Drew was at our disposal. On his days off and lat buying experience we have ever had. From the first time he contacted me until we picked up the Q7 Drew was at our disposal. On his days off and late at night he would respond to emails, phone calls, and texts. From the very beginning he offered us a great deal. Other salesmen played games and getting an offer was difficult, but with Drew his very first offer was great. He was always patient and eager to please. He went out and found the exact car we wanted and had it within a few days. As soon as we arrived to pick-up the car he wanted to make sure we got out quickly and went to help with finishing up the detailing. That is going above and beyond. He took his time going over the features of the vehicle and has been in contact with us several times asking if we were happy with the vehicle and if there was anything else he could do. He is a pleasant person to deal with and will definitely be getting a call when I go to buy my next car. We came in with a check from our personal Chase branch and were ready to do a deal. Dan said he may be able to get us a better rate than the 2.79% and ran some numbers and came back with an approved rate of 1.9%, still through Chase. Thats a big difference and was well worth the time we spent with him. Dan and Drew made the car buying experience excellent. I expected since we were buying an Audi that there would not be much negotiating room and we were pleasantly surprised with the deal we received. Other dealerships would only offer half of what Drew offered us off the MSRP. Not only that, other dealerships had sales people that were quite arrogant. Hopefully Drew remains his pleasant self and stays at the Audi Exchange because I would not want to buy a car from anyone else. We live in Palos Heights which is a good 45-50 miles away from the Audi Exchange, in Highland Park, but it was well worth the drive to get the treatment that we received. We could have went down the street 5 miles to the Orland Park Audi, but there sales people were no where near as nice. They lied and said they were a Costco qualified dealership, which according to Costco was a lie. Orland will do and say whatever to get your business, but Drew and everyone I have come into contact with at the Audi Exchange has been very courteous and professional. More

Once the car got to the dealership, Drew worked with me as I handled a slow bank wiring process. On delivery day, he went the extra mile and picked me up from Chicago and drove me to the dealership to pick up the car. As an Audi enthusiast himself, he showed me everything I'd need to know about my new S4 and offered to be ready and willing to answer any questions I had in the future.
