On delivery day, he went the extra mile and picked me up from Chicago and drove me to the dealership to pick up the car. We went to the Audi dealership on a fact finding mission more than to purchase a new car. Mr. Ramzi Amawi met us at the door and introduced himself. He did select three Audi Q5's for us to look at and one I fell in love with. I had a 2010 Nissan Murano and loved that car but the Audi Q5 gave me a more secure, better feeling. I was sold! Ramzi found out what our trade-in value would be and it was very fair. We explained our top dollar amount for payments and they made it happen. Now that is pure and simple magic! This was the absolute first time car buying was not a drudgery but a rather pleasant experience. He kept in contact via phone and email to ensure that I all options had been explored in order for me to make this purchase. He has continued to make himself available for any questions and concerns even after the purchase. Dan was very nice and very thorough when going over all the paperwork and details during the actual purchase. The only "ding" I would place in my "overall experience" would be to say while we were treated nicely and checked on frequently, we were kind of left on our own to figure out the "bells and whistles" of the vehicle. So we have actually had to gather most of our information from the books provided. Overall, thus far, I am enjoying my very first Audi. It is an A4 Cabriolet convertible and my introduction to this brand was great because of this dealership. Thank you Ramzi and Dan! I was under the impression that when you went to a high class dealership, you should would get high class service and honesty. Well apparently I was wrong. I went to Audi to purchase one of their used vehi class dealership, you should would get high class service and honesty. Well apparently I was wrong. I went to Audi to purchase one of their used vehicles. It was a 2008 Acura RDX with 41,000 miles. I was informed that this vehicle had went through a 100 point inspection and had a clean carfax. Well after working the deal and taking it home, it was only two days later when the problems started. I decided to take the vehicle into a actural Acura dealership, because the oil light had come on. The dealer told me just what I had thought, the oil had not been serviced. They also brought to my attention that the transmission fluid was low and it had a break light out. One hundred point inspection from Audi huh! I walked out of there with a $389.00 bill. This car was purchased for me and my wife to take road trips and bike rides out of town. We were leaving for Canada the following day and thank God something made me take that car in. Always go with your gut. So one would have thought the troubles had ended. Wrong! We are now two months in with this car and we made a shocking discovery. She had a friend that worked at Carmax that told her they had a vehicle in that she originally wanted in the begining. The Acura was her second choice. Well carmax decided to do an appraisal and we were shocked at what they found. The car had stuctural damage to the back end. The trunk had been rewelded on and the quarter panel had been replaced. We could not beleive it. One hundred point inspection did not catch that. We bought this car for $21000.00. Carmax appraised this vehicle for $12,000.00, only two months after we purchased it. Talk about a slap in the face. To conclude, I will never buy from this dealer again. I will probably never buy an Audi because of this as well. They did nothing when I reported the first issue that I had and I don't have the energy to go though this one with them either. I will probably just have my lawyer to contact them and take it from there. Please be aware of any car that they sell that is AS - IS. I will almost gaurantee that they took it in as a trade and threw it right on the lot. I take that back. They may wash it first. Justin Williams More
