My experience at the Audi Exchange could not have been better. I was in the market for a premium sedan, new or used, and was heading out to see what was available and in my price range. Audi Exchange was along my way, and I was curious to see the A7 and check what else might be suitable. Audi was just one line I would consider. It was a busy Saturday, and I ended up working with the GM, Mario. He showed me the A7 (a wonderful car) and some high end Mercedes they had taken in trade which I had asked about because I saw them on the lot. I didn't like those specific ones, and I asked Audi to call me when an A7 or A8 became available in a specific color. After I left, I received a call literally within minutes from Ramzi Amawi, a sales representative, who found a top of the line Audi where a deal had just fallen apart on a high-demand, high-end car. Ramzi was congenial, courteous, and thoroughly knowledgeable about Audi. We got along great, even though I have 30 years on him. He is a great asset to the dealership, and I recommend Ramzi and Audi Exchange unreservedly and wholeheartedly. It was a wonderful few days when I tried out the car and made the transaction. My wife and I are really happy with this purchase. In contrast, I had stopped earlier in the week at the Acura dealership in Libertyville to see the new 2014 premium car they had. I was astonished that despite sitting in their showroom model and hanging around for a few minutes, no salesman asked me whether I had any questions. I felt very disrespected, so I left. I certainly won't be shopping at that Acura dealership in the future. More

I explained to Ramzi the Q5 I was looking for and he had one on the lot. He was then so kind to send me a picture of it to confirm that was the color I was looking for. I purchase the vehicle on 4/13. Ramzi has followed up with a call and an email to see if I had any questions on the car. I certainly did not expect the nice follow up service he has provided. Ramzi and Ryan took a personal interest in what I wanted and did everything in their power to get me the car AND for a great price! Ramzi went over and above to make the process smooth and enjoyable. When the time came that my car was ready I was not able to come to the dealership, so Ramzi delivered the car right to my home, which is an hour drive from the dealership! He took the time to show me all the features of my new A6 and made sure I was comfortable using them. He pre-programmed many features so I wouldn't have to do it and he synced my phone to the car. He treated me like family. It was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Audi exchange and especially Ramzi to everyone More

I made an appointment to pick up the new vehicle and headed to the dealership. Upon walking in I was greeted immediately buy a friendly associate, got with Ryan right away to check out the new car, he got a few items from me and had me sit down with finance minutes later. Lucas kept us informed as to status as the car made its way from Germany to Chicago; emailed us pictures as soon as it arrived at the dealership, spent loads of time going over all of the functions with my wife (her car) and me, and was so POLITE! He has called twice to follow-up, and last week, when I had my Q-7 in for service, Lucas found out about it and called me to ask if he could help in any way. Extraordinary.
