My first contact with the Audi Exchange was with Ryan Meegan in 2010 when we were looking for a used Audi for my 16 year old twins to drive. Within 2 weeks he called to advise us that he had taken in a 2006 black A4 with 40,000miles that Audi would certify. The most appealing attribute of the dealership was that there was no negotiating and that Ryan stayed within the pricing parameters we had discussed. When we had concluded our discussions he introduced us to Ramzi Amawi who Ryan assured us would follow up on all the details of the sale. We found Ramzi to be very knowledge and easy to work with. Ramzi kept in touch with me after the purchase of the A4 to introduce me to the othe Audi models. When my lease on my Cadillac CTS was close to expiration Ryan made arrangements for me to test drive an A6, A7 and S6. Ramzi handled all of the details and I decided the A6 Prestige was the right car for me. All of the involved people at the Exchange made the purchase of the car painless and a very pleasant experience. After I bought the car, he patiently walked me through all the details, including going the extra mile by synching my phone with the car and helping set-up certain driver preferences. I've had the car two weeks now and couldn't be happier. Ramzi has followed-up with me by phone and email to ensure that any questions were quickly answered. Typically purchasing a car is not the best experience, but Ramzi changed that. I initially contacted Ramzi on-line to schedule an appointment to see a certified pre-owned Audi Q5. We immediately knew we wanted the car and Ramzi quickly worked with us to finalize the deal. Since we test drove the car during lunchtime, we asked if we could come back after work to finalize all paperwork. Ramzi was extremely accomodating and understanding. He sent the car to get detailed and when we came back, he walked us through the car features. All paperwork was completed quickly and we were on our way with our new Q5. Shortly after bringing the car home, as we were showing the car to our neighbors, the passenger visor clip broke. I called Ramzi and he was quick to respond. I brought the car back, and it was immediately replaced. While I waited, Ramzi stopped by to make sure we were satisfied with the car and asked again if we had any questions.
