Ethan in service was great, answered all my questions and addressed my concern with my SQ5. Though it was a very minor repair , he made sure to explain everything that was done, and provided an inspection to addressed my concern with my SQ5. There was recall on my Q8. They got me in right away, got me a nice loaner vehicle and fixed the issue- easy peasy!
