As this is our 6th VW from this dealership, we've learned to expec to make sure that everything is working properly and all fluid levels are correct. I had a cup of complementary coffee and a bag of chips, while waiting in the comfortable customer waiting area. It only took about 30 minutes even though they were very busy, and then I was back on the road. More
