Now that it's time to upgrade to something with a bigger tow capacity (bigger camper, bigger toys!), I went back to the same dealership, same salesman, and got treated well for the second time. I wanted the Grand Cherokee with the tow package, and the dealer didn't have exactly the trim level and tow package I fell in love with. So Dave located one at a different dealer, drove it down for me, and delivered it in spectacular shape. Is there higher praise than to say, "I want to do business with this company and this salesman again?" Dave has earned this accolade with his great attitude, professional service, and friendliness. He dis have me test drive a black car saying "I know you don't want black but see if this has the feel you want." I did not feel any pressure but I also knew what I wanted. Took time because two more customers of Scott's came into the dealership, so he was trying to help 3 of us at the same time. The running of the numbers and getting all the paperwork done also took time because they dealership was very busy. So be patient, it is not a quick in and out. More

They offered him $1,000 more for his car, which was in need of repair, and were willing to use my higher credit score to help him qualify for lower payments. I am grateful to the Faricy staff for making a dire situation into one that allowed my son to get a new car with great terms to his lease. More

Tom Dominguez , our salesman, got right to work on the paperwork and was a joy to work with. He was very thorough going through all the features on the car. As always, the finance people offer to sell extended warranties and such - but there was no hard sell, just a quick explanation of what they offered. So closing was quick and painless. I am particularly pleased with the tank of gas as the first new car I ever bought the dealer (the old Lakewood Fordland) actually drained the gas out after the test drive and I ran out of gas 1/4 mile from the lot. Good customer service I bought a used Ford truck from these guys. They were friendly and easy to work with. They fixed or replaced several items on the truck for me. The only complaint I would have is a repair had to be done over and an undiscovered wiring problem had to be repaired. They agreed to fix each without batting an eye but I had to drive down from Denver each time, which was a pain(although they have no control over where I was coming from). Overall I would recommend them. More
