I wanted the Grand Cherokee with the tow package, and the dealer didn't have exactly the trim level and tow package I fell in love with. So Dave located one at a different dealer, drove it down for me, and delivered it in spectacular shape. Is there higher praise than to say, "I want to do business with this company and this salesman again?" Dave has earned this accolade with his great attitude, professional service, and friendliness. They offered him $1,000 more for his car, which was in need of repair, and were willing to use my higher credit score to help him qualify for lower payments. As always, the finance people offer to sell extended warranties and such - but there was no hard sell, just a quick explanation of what they offered. So closing was quick and painless. I am particularly pleased with the tank of gas as the first new car I ever bought the dealer (the old Lakewood Fordland) actually drained the gas out after the test drive and I ran out of gas 1/4 mile from the lot. More

Good customer service I bought a used Ford truck from these guys. They were friendly and easy to work with. They fixed or replaced several items on the truck for me. The only complaint I would have is a repair had to be done over and an undiscovered wiring problem had to be repaired. They agreed to fix each without batting an eye but I had to drive down from Denver each time, which was a pain(although they have no control over where I was coming from).
