A painless and pleasurable experience Tom and Faricy Boys delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. I'd spent 2 months back and forth with another dealer - who made every request a time wasting is Tom and Faricy Boys delivered EXACTLY what I wanted. I'd spent 2 months back and forth with another dealer - who made every request a time wasting issue. I contacted the Faricy boys online and told them what I wanted. Within an hour, i had 3 options and an email. I responded with a few questions, made a selection, and asked for a price. The price was considerably lower than the other dealer. I asked for a lease. I got an immediate response that was a significantly better lease price than the other dealer. I then emailed a deposit, told them when I wanted to pick up the car, and that I didn't want the whole process to take more than 30 minutes. Tom called me 2 days before just to make sure all my questions had been answered, and to assure me he would expedite the paperwork. I showed up, signed 5 forms, was handed the keys and given an overview, and I drove away. I've never bought a car so effortlessly. And then, Tom followed up 2 days later just to make sure all was well. If you want to buy a Jeep, I wouldn't hesitate going to Faricy and asking for Tom. More
