From the time we are deciding on which car to buy until we are driving off the lot, Tom makes sure that we get the best customer service possible throughout the entire process. He absolutely goes above and beyond what is expected. Everyone we have worked with in the finance dept and in service has been excellent. Recently I had the opportunity to speak with Mr. Ben Faricy and now i understand why this is such a well run, customer service oriented dealership. I told him I thought the price was too low and what I was willing to pay. A minute or so later he returned with a new offer that was within a hundred dollars of my bid, so we said close enough and closed the deal. The other dealership we had seen earlier would not budge an inch from their asking price. They just picked up the paperwork and said good bye. We'll be back when we are ready to shop for another vehicle. More

New Jeep Had nothing but fantastic service over the past few days as we bought our new Jeep Wrangler from The Faricy Boys. We were greeted by Dave Smith within a few minutes of us getting out of our vehichle. Based on what we were looking for Dave was able the find vehicles that fit our taste. He was very knowledgable on the different vehicles and had answers to all of our questions. We left that evening with 2 vehicles in mind and told Dave that we would be back in the morning. We arrived the next morning with a decision on the vehicle and Dave took it from there. Within a couple of hours we had our trade-in appraised, financing options figured out and paperwork complete. We then worked with Mark in the financing department where he thoroughly explained to us what we were sigining. The only drawback was that the vehicle was in Denver and we could not get it until Monday. We arrived back at the dealership on Monday to make some changes to our financing and to pick up our new Jeep. The entire process on Monday took less than an hour. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the serive that was provided and will definitely go back there for our next Jeep purchase. More
