Customer Service For about the last six months I've been researching various 4WD or AWD SUVs, looking for one with the features we wanted. Initially I went to view & drive the Cherokee at Perkins Motors in Motor City. The first couple of visits I was treated with interest. The subsequent visits @ Perkins, it felt like; "oh here he is again" and an attitude began emerging that was not positive. I decided to visit Faricy & was met by Corrie Keener. Corrie can attest to my numerous visits with questions & discussed the possibility of ordering a Cherokee, thinking that she would not have one with all the features we wanted. I cannot describe the her positive attitude & the courtesy she displayed throughout all my visits. If she didn't have an answer, she got back to me within 24hrs with an answer. Not once did I feel uncomfortable making multiple visits with her. I think The Faricy Boys made fabulous decision in employing Corrie Keener. Her professionalism, joyful demeanor & respectful attributes will make her a strong asset to your dealership. I don't purchase vehicles often, but with employees like Corrie, I would not hesitate to return & recommend her & The Faricy Boys for such a pleasant experience in the purchase of the Cherokee Limited. She even took a chance and brought around a Cherokee Limited with a color I wasn't even considering. She did this owing to the vehicle having all the features we were looking for. ON a whim we happen to stop by Faricy Boys to look at Jeeps (since we had seen so many in Colorado!) We saw that they still had a Cosmos Blue Unlimited on their lot, and we had seen this vehicle online with Cars.com about a week earlier. We were greeted by Jim Carroll and he offered to show us the Jeep. We took the Wrangler on a nice 20 minute test drive and when we came back we let Jim know that we liked it, but needed to go get lunch and wanted to talk more about the idea of becoming Jeep owners. Jim offered to gas up the Jeep for us and let us take it to lunch, and even out to Garden of the Gods National Park, where we really got a great feel for what it would be like to have a Jeep on vacation! Smart guy that Jim Carroll, because we fell in love with it and after our 3 1/2 hour "test drive" we filled out the paperwork and headed back to California to await the arrival of our new Jeep! After it arrived we noticed a few days later that the A/C condenser had some pretty bad fin damage, and while in Colorado it might not have been an issue it was definitely something that concerned us since we have 100+ degree summers here in SoCal and we didn't want to chance the vehicle overheating due to the impeded airflow to the radiator through the condenser. Even though the Jeep was a Certified Pre Owned vehicle our local dealership told us that since the part was still functioning properly (meaning, it hadn't overheated....YET) it couldn't be replaced under warranty. My wife was distraught and so I contacted Faricy Boys on Colorado. After some back-and-forth I was contacted my Larry Heupel who offered to cover the cost of replacing the condenser for us. We were very relieved and happy that Jeep was willing to stand behind it's product and replace the part for us. Thank you Jim for a great sales experience, and thank you Larry and the rest of the team at Faricy Boys for going the extra mile to stand behind your vehicles and make sure your customers are completely confident with their purchase. I recently took delivery on a 2014 Jeep Grad Cherokee. I had researched the vehicle and thought I knew what I wanted. I finally decided what I wanted but they did not have that exact package on the lot. I ordered the vehicle and had it in 4 weeks. Tom kept track of the vehicle as it was being built. Once it arrived he spent close to an hour familiarizing me with all the features. This it the 3rd Jeep I purchased from Faricy and my 5th overall. Mr. Tom Dominguez apologized for not having the vehicle warmed up; however, I was behind the wheel and they were test driving my trade in at the same time again within minutes. I had a preapproved amount from my credit union and again they saved me extra money by using Chrysler financing. I’m now driving my jeep patriot 4x4 in the snow and feeling very good about this vehicle and the safe road ahead, thanks to Tom Dominguez and Faricy Boys staff. More
